The Crime of Withholding Industrial Hemp

By Suzaku Kururugi

It is truly incredible just how many benefits there are to hemp protein. Hemp seed is clearly the most nutritious food in the world, yet because of absolute ridiculous notions, wild logical fallacies, and pure stupidity, Americans are not allowed to produce this seed themselves. They are forced to pay high prices for imported hemp products from out of the country, and because of this, people are prevented from getting a highly nutritional product that can really improve their lives.

There is so much pure crap that our country produces, yet it is perfectly legal for anybody to consume it. Because of these horrible foods, obesity, heart disease, and strokes have skyrocketed. Many people that these foods also contribute to other serious diseases such as cancer. Through the consumption of a lot of hemp seed, these diseases can be prevented, as long as you eat enough of it. But because hemp is illegal to grow in the United States, these products are expensive, and basic economics tells us that as price goes up, demand goes down. We are killing ourselves with our policies, and it sickens me that more people have not stood up against this.

Perhaps the lack of resistance is because people are unaware of how beneficial the hemp plant is. Not only does it provide such a nutritional seed, but there are literally thousands of industrial applications for it. And the products made from hemp are completely biodegradable, safe to produce, and more environmentally safe and economically feasible than when manufactured from other materials. A day will soon come when mankind will cry at all that has been lost, because it took us so long to take advantage of this plant, and everybody who stood against it will feel absolutely horrible for all the pain that they directly caused to their fellow human beings.
